Monika currently serves as the Director of the Talent Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati, where she leads regional workforce initiatives that bring together employers, educators, and community partners to strengthen the workforce ecosystem. With experience spanning healthcare, education, marketing, and more, she brings a unique perspective to The Collaborative. Her career has been driven by a passion for helping others succeed, combining creativity, problem-solving, and relationship-building to create meaningful opportunities for individuals and organizations.
